Principal partner Kyle Norton, a graduate of St. John University Law School, founded the firm in 2008. He previously had a successful real estate law practice. Mr. Norton has established a reputation for integrity, high-quality legal counsel, skillful litigation, and personal client service.
As an active member of the community, Kyle Norton is also president of a not-for-profit foundation called Ryan's Gift, an organization whose fundraising proceeds go toward cutting-edge genetic, medical, and scientific research for cystic fibrosis, a debilitating genetic respiratory disorder for which there is no known cure. Ryan's Gift is dedicated to helping to empower the scientific and medical communities to seek and someday find a cure for this dreaded disease.

Associate attorney Elias Sakalis is a 1992 graduate of New York Law School. He has 17 years of successful experience as a bankruptcy lawyer. Mr. Sakalis also is an experienced general practice attorney and litigator, with emphasis on trusts and estates, wills, mortgage foreclosure, and debt collection.
Kimberly Ball
Senior paralegal Kimberly Ball is a graduate of Suffolk College and of an American Bar Association-approved paralegal program, and also earned credits in political science at Dowling. She has more than ten years of experience in the business and legal fields. A proud mother of two beautiful children, Kimberly has been the recipient of numerous academic and legal awards and plans to further pursue her law degree.
